Opening hours: our reception is open every day from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm (Sundays from 08.00am to 04.00pm). Other arrangements for check-in/check-out can be made on prior arrangement.
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Minimum night stays may apply at certain times. No check-out on Christmas Day 25th December and New Years day 1st January.
Either a deposit of the amount of the first night booked or your credit card detials are required to secure your reservation. The full amount is payable before departure.
2 months notice of cancellation is required for Christmas/New Year holiday period, January school holidays and special event bookings. 2 weeks notice is required for all other school holiday or public holiday bookings. 48 hours notice is required at all other times.
Short notice will incur a penalty charge of at least one night or the cost of accommodation booked unless the unit/s can be on sold.
